Practice Details:
Healthcare team: includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with providers having at least two team members for clinical support Flexibility: Providers have the option to choose between 4 or 5-day scheduling blocks Scheduling: Call is shared 1:10 among providers
Weekends are not required Providers have the option to work in Urgent Care for additional compensation & RVUs, with the potential for increased earnings

The base salary is $240,000 and complemented by RVU bonus incentives
