Duties and Responsibilities associated with this role:
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff / dept Scan and file customer files Assist Office staff as needed Create new vehicle folders Track and distribute permanent registration for purchased vehicles Fill out timecards and track daily weekly PO's and Gas receipts Assist F&I as needed Help Sales with social media presence as needed Our employee benefits include:
