Our bakery and production kitchen is on Maple Ave while our fast-casual cafe is on Lebanon Street.
The work environment is fast-paced, supportive, fun.
Our goal is to provide high quality food and beverages to our customers while also supporting our fellow team members through our work.
It is important to us that our team dynamic is positive and enjoyable so we do our very best to support all team members through comprehensive training and regular check-ins.
The barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers per our cafe recipes and espresso machine techniques.
Their duties include working with other baristas to help take orders, make drinks, and provide timely service to customers.
The cashier is responsible for properly running transactions, educating customers on the menu, and helping customers make decisions about their order.
The cashier also helps pack pastries and run sandwiches.
Both positions are in the front of house section of the staff so anyone in front of house is responsible for opening and closing procedures per the cafe's structured operational lists.
We are not looking for temporary/summer employees.
This position is for someone looking for long-term (at least 1 year) employment.
